Improving Organizational Culture & Structure

This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of organizational shared values, vision, ideologies, and structures. The course will also equip participants with requisite knowledge on how employee attitudes, perceptions, and core values can be aligned with the firms in order to achieve the organization’s set goals and objectives. The participants will also learn how to identify culture change opportunities and how to tie them to higher business objectives.
